We knew going into this endeavor that there would be a lot of hurry-up-and-wait. And wait. And wait. And wait. Knowing that though doesn't make the wait any easier, especially since we have been working on the brewery in earnest for months. Reading, researching, refining recipes, and the like. Not to mention this has really been a dream of ours since our salad days.
It has been about six weeks since we sent in the paperwork for the LLC. This is still within normal processing time, but we are chomping on the bit to move forward. Grants, loans, insurance, bonds, the lease. Then the next round of paperwork for licenses.
However, not everything has been stagnant. We have found a very talented professional to create the logo. Yay! We are on schedule to have this completed by the end of the month and then on to the Kickstarter campaign.
Speaking of Kickstarter, there has been a lot of forward progress here too. We have some great rewards falling into place. We are looking to use local businesses to provide the rewards whenever possible. Stay tuned for more info on this front!
